Off-highway machine IoT specialist Elevāt has partnered with Cummins to integrate its Cummins Connected Diagnostics application with the Elevāt Machine Connect IoT platform. Users of Elevāt off-highway equipment will be able to access diagnostic messages and receive real-time alerts for Cummins engines and Elevāt’s data in a single dashboard.
Trucks and tractors used primarily off road tend to work in environments that place great strain on engines, with constaint use in dusty or debris laden conditions. Engines of off-highway vehicles can be exposed to contamination by particulates. Continuous engine monitoring is required to prevent unexpected breakdown.
